The Account Manager (“AM”) reports directly to Director of Operations. The successful candidate is at ease collaborating with clients. The AM role is to support clients to ensure their needs are met and to drive additional business from existing accounts. Candidate must demonstrate ability to create and maintain a strong relationship with clients, identify service affecting issues, maintaining client satisfaction, and identify opportunities to grow the business.
Applicants must have the following abilities:
Monday to Friday 8:30 to 5:30 depending on travel
20 – 30% Travel required
