OBJECTIVE SUMMARY: Responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating physical therapy services for patients in concert with the total care plan. Provide quality care to attain patient’s optimal functional level.

REQUIRED EDUCATION: Master’s or bachelor’s degree or a graduate of an accredited physical therapy school as approved by the American Physical Therapy Association in collaboration with the Council on Medical Education or the American Medical Association.
ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS: Current license to practice physical therapy in Washington State
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Ability to safely lift 25 lbs.
