Terms:  Direct Hire

Target Compensation Range:  $125K-$145K + 15% Bonus

Job Description:

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Demonstrated understanding of all major HR workstreams esp. from a systems standpoint
  • Experience with implementing, supporting, and upgrading HR ERP systems (PeopleSoft a plus)
  • Demonstrated knowledge of systems integrations / interfaces, infrastructure, information security, networking, cloud computing
  • Experience with 3rd party software selection and implementation
  • Highly skilled at project estimation and project tracking
  • Superior communicator, both oral and written
  • Ability to lead and inspire teams while also able to mentor and grow individuals
  • Solid understanding of audit and controls framework (SOX, project governance, security best practices, etc.)
  • Consulting experience a plus
  • Experience / knowledge of restaurant operations a plus
  • Broad ERP experience / knowledge beyond HR (Financials, Supply Chain, etc.) a plus

MAJOR TASKS

  • Project estimation
  • Writing of project proposals, charters, business cases
  • Project management – resources, budget, project plan
  • Vendor selection / RFP / negotiation, etc.
  • Process mapping
  • Managing of run queue / enhancements / projects
  • Team leading / mentoring / coaching
  • Budget forecasting and tracking including accruals, invoice processing, etc.
  • Business liaison
  • Production support management

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS REQUIRED

  • MS Project / Excel expert
  • Strong HR generalist
  • HR ERP experience
  • Strong technical knowledge (infrastructure, security, interfaces, etc.)
  • Experience managing budgets and project portfolios

EXPERIENCE (min years)

  • Progressive experience in technical systems design and implementation of HR functions for large, global companies
  • Budgeting, planning, financial modeling, and managing projects and programs of over $2 million in scope
  • Working across organizational boundaries at all levels, including executive positions
  • Leadership of large (50+) and diverse work groups
  • Hands on system development, configuration, testing, and implementation

Direct Reports/Team

This position would have 2 direct reports (Business Analyst’s) and they would have people reporting to them = initial team of 8-10

Must understand / have experience in projects having to do with functions like Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Time and Labor, Learning and Development, Talent Acquisition, etc. No necessarily an expert in these functions or have worked with all of them, but do need to have a decent knowledge and able to understand when customers come with requests or want to discuss pain points
