JOB TITLE:               Associate Program Manager

REPORTS TO:          VP, Technology and Network Solutions

LOCATION:               Baltimore, MD




The Associate Program Manager (APM) has the responsibility for all services provided under this Contract and full management authority for all Contractor personnel assigned to work on this project. The APM shall serve as the primary point of contact for the Contracting Officer Technical Representative (COTR) in matters concerning the Contract and will interact with other Government Employees as appropriate.


 The Associate Program Manager must meet the following minimum requirements:

10 years of experience managing at least 40 highly skilled personnel in a large, complex computing environment. Experience includes the following:

  • Manage all administrative contract matters for all contractor employees.
  • Technical direction is taken from the Task Manager.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen.
  • In conjunction with the corporate office, recruiting and filling vacancies and new support requests.
  • Resolve performance and personnel issues.
  • Serve as a liaison among the contractor’s corporate management, COTR, and task managers.
  • Assume responsibility for all deliverables related to the management of the contract (i.e., budget reports, technical progress reports, invoices).
