Qualifications:

We have an unique opportunity available in the Broomfield, Colorado office of a preeminent, internationally recognized corporate law practice. This opportunity is open to law school students graduating in 2017 and associates with 1-2 years of general corporate experience in public and private companies, financings, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters. Qualified candidates must have a high level of motivation and initiative, excellent writing and communication skills, as well as strong academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school.
