Responsible for providing guests with comprehensive and professional conduct.  Must have excellent communication skills, problem solving skills and maintain a high level of customer service standards.  Must have the ability to deal effectively with guests while maintaining the highest level of professionalism at all times. Scheduling dependability and flexibility is a must.  Responsible for assisting spa management with training, product inventory, payroll, scheduling, and financial reporting.


  • Understand and abide by TW policy and procedures.
  • Provide guests with a thorough and knowledgeable understanding of spa services.
  • Assists Spa Director in conducting performance evaluations for all staff after 90 days and yearly thereafter.
  • Maintain inventory levels by ensuring proper stock levels on retail and professional on hand and in rooms. Assist in monitoring inventory and product supply ordering.
  • Conducts daily treatment room checklist inspection noting inconsistencies and accuracies working alongside the Leads.
  • Responsible for the day to day spa operation duties to include opening and closing, cash handling procedures, general facility maintenance and audit reconciliations.
  • Assist Spa Director in ensuring all monthly sales goals are being achieved.
  • Prepare bi-weekly hourly payroll report and approvals for department.
  • Demonstrate respect, sensitivity and concern for guest’s needs and concerns with a professional and pleasant manner.
  • Provide spa guests with a tour of spa facilities when needed.
  • Interact cooperatively with, and with consideration towards, guest and co-workers.
  • Anticipate guest’s needs and adhere to TW’s standards for guest service.
  • Diffuse gust challenges and Communicates guest problems or complaints to the Spa Manager on Duty in a timely fashion.
  • Maintain safety and sanitation standards.
  • Organize and distribute guest surveys by department.
  • Manage all front desk incentives.
  • Responsible for closing reports and cash bank reconciliation.
  • Decisions of a broad nature are made in accordance with general policy and procedures.
  • Train and ensure all front desk associates deliver exceptional service, offering corrective counseling when needed.
  • Ensure front desk staff are monitored and informed of treatments, groups, and other promotions.
  • Act as social media liaison.
  • Responsible for the execution and communication of promotions.  Develops marketing links from Booker to promotions.
  • Ensure all protocols are adhered to.
  • Act as leader for service providers and work with Spa Director to enforce service standards, SOP’s, and conduct disciplinary actions as needed. Maintains checklists.
  • Assist Spa Management with service provider schedules, as needed.
  • Assist Spa Director in ensuring that technician licenses are up to date and renewed as needed
  • Responsible for quarterly meetings of their department and recording attendance for payroll accuracy.
  • Provide communication channel from spa management to their team.
  • Assist with scheduling and rotation of duties.
  • Communicates any maintenance/general cleanliness issues to Spa Manager on Duty.
  • Is active on Slack and encourages direct communications.
  • Responsible for oversight of groups and VIP’s


  • Must have at least 2 years of supervisor experience.
  • Must be in good standing with TW.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
  • Basic Computer software skills, Spa Booker preferred.
  • Previous supervisory positions held preferred.
  • CPR and First Aid certified.


Staff communication is essential.  You will be responsible for checking and updating the bulletin boards in the staff room for spa related communications.  Spa employees will be expected to attend all departmental and property training as well as any staff meetings.  All meetings and/or trainings will be posted at least two week in advance and will be considered mandatory. Attend and run standup if MOD is detained.


This is a fast paced position with an array of responsibilities and requires a positive attitude, as you will be in consistent interaction with both spa guests and spa employees.
