Responsible for providing guests with comprehensive and professional conduct. Must have excellent communication skills, problem solving skills and maintain a high level of customer service standards. Must have the ability to deal effectively with guests while maintaining the highest level of professionalism at all times. Scheduling dependability and flexibility is a must. Responsible for assisting spa management with training, product inventory, payroll, scheduling, and financial reporting.
Staff communication is essential. You will be responsible for checking and updating the bulletin boards in the staff room for spa related communications. Spa employees will be expected to attend all departmental and property training as well as any staff meetings. All meetings and/or trainings will be posted at least two week in advance and will be considered mandatory. Attend and run standup if MOD is detained.
This is a fast paced position with an array of responsibilities and requires a positive attitude, as you will be in consistent interaction with both spa guests and spa employees.
