Accounting Coordinator with exceptional administrative skills and entry level knowledge of accounting and finance principles needed to support accounting operations and budget control.  Specific responsibilities include:


  • Analyze variances on the monthly revenue and expense reports ;
  • Substantiate, justify, and reconcile employee expenditures and expense reports;
  • Analyze corporate travel data and create entries in financial system
  • Data entry of budget and forecast numbers and journal entries into the general ledger;
  • Preparation of billing authorizations and accounts payable voucher cover sheets;
  • Run and distribute revenue and expense detail reports;
  • Update department Excel worksheets as necessary;
  • Filing and other projects as assigned.
Required Skills

A Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting (or working toward degree);
At least one year of experience in an accounting department; Proficiency with Excel.
Optional Skills

Candidates with knowledge of accounting software programs (Workday Financials) and/or pevious experience in Accounts Payable/Receivable preferred.
