Job Description:
Conexess is desiring a leader that possesses a proven track record of guiding and directing effective change control and strategy within HRIS!

What are they looking for? 

  • This position requires 4 to 6 year’s experience in HR systems and 2-3years experience in leadership
  • Demonstrated record of accomplishments as a people leader, project management, and driving successful HR technology initiatives
  • Proven track record of defining and implementing HR technology solutions, implementing effective change controls, and has strong knowledge core HCM, security, performance/comp, employee self service, integrations, and SSO
  • Skilled at building cross-functional and multi-level relationships
  • Requires strong vendor management with the ability to establish relationship and mange the full vendor life cycle
  • Ability to adapt to a continually changing business and work environment and manage multiple priorities


  • Leads the HR technology governance model intake, change control, enhancements, break fix, CI, security, release calendar and ensures that required artifacts and testing approvals are documented and retained for audit
  • Oversees and manages the core HCM system, ensures HCM is the source system of all people data, defines and works with IT and HRSS leadership on the roadmap and overall training and development of the HRIS analyst to manage the day to day operations
  • Responsible for the HRIS CAB and Demand meetings that incorporates various stakeholders from the business, IT, and the Shared Services team. Provide leadership and organization to managing the demand of work coming into the HRIS function, priority of work and roles and responsibilities of the business to ensure timely delivery based on alignment
  • Establish and manage portfolio of existing suppliers and vendors that support the shared services model though a partnership model and identify opportunities to leverage economies of scale in contract pricing and services
  • Oversee multiple HR Shared Services projects, their associated deliverables and timelines through implementation of PM methodologies
  • Engage with HRSS leadership, VMO and IT architects on Request for Proposal (RFPs) of potential new technology platforms and replacement technologies that improve the overall technology delivery model for HR
  • Provide and implement solutions for under-performing centralized services and system; while identifying opportunities to improve overall HR effectiveness and performance
  • Establish key performance indicators and success criteria and measure performance to work load and efficiency goals
  • Manages the teams goal, performance, and reward life-cycle. Responsible for addressing performance concerns, and partnering with Teammates on individual development plans and career growth aspirations
