This position requires a high-energy, outgoing, well organized candidate. The primary objective is to help grow sales in the Office & IT sales channel and secondarily the ID channel. You will assist the Sales Manager in developing, implementing and evaluating sales and marketing tactics for customer is the US, Canada and Latin America. You will also work directly with Marketing Operations and have interaction with the Director and entire sales team. You must be comfortable engaging customers on the phone, by email and in person in both English and Spanish. Having experience with SalesForce is a plus because you will track and manage all activities through SalesForce. As mentioned, you will assist the Sales Manager in analyzing ongoing email campaigns, rebate programs, and compile sales reports as needed (weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc.). You must have strong math skills, ability to work with Excel, Word and PowerPoint. You will need to be able to explain how our products work and provide recommendations to our channel partners and end-users.
