This position requires a high-energy, outgoing, well organized candidate. The primary objective is to help grow sales in the Office & IT sales channel and secondarily the ID channel. You will assist the Sales Manager in developing, implementing and evaluating sales and marketing tactics for customer is the US, Canada and Latin America. You will also work directly with Marketing Operations and have interaction with the Director and entire sales team. You must be comfortable engaging customers on the phone, by email and in person in both English and Spanish. Having experience with SalesForce is a plus because you will track and manage all activities through SalesForce. As mentioned, you will assist the Sales Manager in analyzing ongoing email campaigns, rebate programs, and compile sales reports as needed (weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc.). You must have strong math skills, ability to work with Excel, Word and PowerPoint. You will need to be able to explain how our products work and provide recommendations to our channel partners and end-users.


  • Prepares sales and marketing plans with specific strategies needed
  • Prepares sales & marketing results by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data and other feedback
  • Performs online research of our products and competitor products and provides the data in a simple recap report- pricing, feature comparison, placement comparison, etc…
  • Tracks product inventory levels in-house and with our channel partners
  • Ensures all related purchase orders are timely processed and keep track of back orders
  • Keeps promotional materials ready by coordinating with the marketing department; inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt.
  • Answers incoming sales leads from SalesForce
  • On occasion will attend tradeshows/trainings and be able to do PowerPoint presentations


  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2 years sales experience, with B2B preferred
  • Speak and write in a professional business environment
  • Entrepreneurial outlook, “be helpful” attitude
  • Desire to learn technology products
  • Optimistic, trustworthy, sharp, persistent, self-starting
  • Strong ability to use Microsoft Office Suite and related products
  • Experience with SalesForce or other CRM software
