-All aspects of cleaning the spa facility and daily set up of food and beverage items and equipment.
- Overseeing laundry responsibilities.
-Replenishing and maintaining the Spa facility to a luxury level.
-Escorting guests throughout the spa and being knowledgeable on all aspects of the facility.
-Must demonstrate a positive attitude and actions through a display of courtesy, service, cooperation, sensitivity and professionalism to internal and external guests.
-The right candidate will be well spoken and have a welcoming attitude, and is sensitive to guest needs.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule (nights, weekends, and holidays).
- Must be polished, professional, and have a strong command of both written and verbal English.
- Must have a High School Diploma or the equivalent and at least of 1-3 years experience in customer service, spa, hotel, restaurant and/or housekeeping.
- Candidates must also be authorized to work in the US.
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate + gratuity pool + commission
