Seeking an energetic and talented individual to join our Marketing Team as a Marketing Generation Manager in Tampa, FL.  for a venture-backed, fast growing tech company. This position will work alongside Sales, Business Development and the CEO to create a successful demand generation and sales/marketing program.  This person will have:

Current knowledge of marketing trends and marketing automation  
Data mining, problem solving, and business intuition to assist marketing and sales team 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work closely with demand generation team and sales to create a successful sales and marketing process
  • Provide the sales organization demand generating tactical plans with a focus on proper product selection, customer targeting, and competitive pricing.
  • Design/produce dashboards & reporting to measure progress against all established KPIs, goals, and lead-gen activities.
  • Determine lead qualification criteria (evaluation of demographics, prices, distribution channels, and marketing outlets).
  • Manage all third party digital marketing platforms (reporting metrics and associated tasks with SEO and PPC). 
  • Maintain and update marketing databases (customer lists, email distribution groups, event and survey lists, and all potential customer lead databases).
  • Manage marketing specialists including third party vendors.
  • Conduct research to keep abreast of trends and competitor’s marketing movements.
  • Monitor customer engagement and data migrations.
  • Interpret results of analyses, identify trends and issues, and make recommendations to support current and future business objectives.
  • Provide support and analytical reporting utilizing Google Analytics account

WHAT YOU NEED FOR THIS POSITION:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications or a related field is preferred. Graduate degree in Marketing and/or Professional chartered marketer (CIM) is a plus.
  • Minimum 2- 5 years of marketing and demand generation experience.
  • Experience working in and scaling a startup through Sales and Marketing Ramp up a definite plus.
  • Up to speed with current and online marketing techniques and best practices
  • Thorough knowledge of web analytics (e.g. Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.), Google Adwords and proficiency of Marketing Automation Software and Email software (Mail Chimp, Email Hippo, Hubspot, Outreach, Constant Contact)
  • Excellent leadership and organizing skills
  • Analytical and creative thinking
  • Excellent customer relations, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and CRM systems.
  • Ability to interface with other company departments as needed for resource allocation and cooperative purposes.
  • Self-starter, self-motivated, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Exceptional communication skills
