Financial Planning Analyst

The Financial Planning Analyst will be responsible for the company’s Financial Planning analysis and Risk Management. This position will be managing and controlling the working capital, budgeting, regulatory compliance, and funding. You will assess the current situation and develop a controls systems which results in optimal capacity utilization in a cost effective manner. This role will be responsible for ensuring that global risk Management procedures in manufacturing network, to gain a competitive advantage in the business.

The Financial Planning Analyst will also manage the Company's financial strategic planning processes and audit reviews

Duties and Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

  • Responsible for Financial Planning & Analysis activities across Sales & Revenue, Budgeting & Cost Management, Working Capital Management & Finance Functional Support
  • Experience managing best practices in accounting & financial ethics, independent audits, Regulatory compliance requirements, all generally accepted financial and accounting principles and all government and regulatory requirements
  • Management of various facets of Accounts such as management accounting, evaluating business processes, statutory compliances, institutionalizing organizational risk management processes, Audit & Taxation
  • Proactively monitoring changes in government regulations and policies, industry, and economy affecting the company’s finance and accounting practices, assess the implications and develop / modify procedures and controls to respond to the situation.
  • Strong analytical & organizational abilities with adeptness in formulating & preparing Scope of Audit, audit reports with recommendation & suggestion for improvement in internal control system
  • Implement various trainings & tools for audit staff, enabling more effective & efficient audits
  • Be a Business partner and help management with cost benefit analysis for a particular decision

Required Skills/Qualifications (including but not limited to):

 

  • 15+ years experience in a Financial Planning Analysts role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Masters in Business Administration
  • Experience in large-mid scale, polyester films/packaging manufacturing/other manufacturing industries is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of current financial and accounting computer applications.
  • In-Depth Knowledge of US GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)
  • Excellent verbal, analytical, organizational & written skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly & confidently, both verbally & in writing
  • Experienced in managing relationships with Clients, Banks, or other Institutions
  • Solid quantitative and qualitative assessment skills, critical thinking skills and ability to constructively challenge ideas and assumptions.
