We are seeking a high energy and driven sales representative to sell our market leading software product. Our office is located in the highly desired city of Ann Arbor and offers quick access to all free ways.  If you are interested in technology and have a passion to sell in a competitive environment, this is the job for you. We are offering a competitive base salary of $32,000 with unlimited commission potential.

In partnership with the Territory Field Sales Manager and an Account Manager, the Inside Sales Representative generates revenue by selling new products and services, and prospect for new customer opportunities
Develops customer relationships via telephone from the User level to the Owner
Creates marketing campaigns to increase sales opportunities in the team's territory


  • Bachelor Degree in Business or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience
  • Demonstrated proficiency in verbal and written communications, listening and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge and previous experience in a customer facing software is preferred
  • Results, customer and achievement driven, with the ability to affect positive results through action
  • Must be able to use professional sales process and concepts to manage sales pipeline and to solve a variety of objections
  • Proven ability to rebound quickly after rejection
  • Must be able to work successfully autonomously and within a team environment
  • Must be able to exercise judgment within defined procedures to determine appropriate action
  • Must learn and apply company policies, practices and procedures to accurately and expediently complete assigned duties and responsibilities.
  • Must be able to support our clients’ success while actively applying our company’s core philosophies and principles
