Career Evolutions is searching for a Senior Yardi Business Analyst for a growing real estate company with headquarters in Phoenix, AZ. Full-time, direct hire role with compensation up to $105k and a generous benefits plan.

Job Summary: You will be responsible for working on a variety of development projects with a focus on data integration development. You will be part of the technical team and team up with the Salesforce team to support Property Management, Operational and Accounting teams to ensure the Yardi platform is utilized effectively from a best practices technical perspective.
Manage primary source system Yardi with other in house reporting tools.
Identify and coordinate new IT system developments or enhancements with business owners.
Manage systems implementations such as installations, configuration, customization, integration, and data migration.
Participate in software specification, gap analysis, and requirements analysis.
Development and refinement of proofs-of-concept to confirm requirements.
Define and support acceptance testing and gather feedback from pre-release testers.
Log, track, and manage issues, bugs, and enhancement/ features requests.
Participate in software release and post-release activities, end-user training and support
On-going systems maintenance and support.
Write and review deliverables, end-user guides, support documentation.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science
5+ years Yardi Voyager experience required.
Experience with Yardi SQL queries, views, and stored procedures.
Salesforce experience preferred.
Strong balance of business and technical skills and ability to communicate technical concepts clearly too non-technical decision-makers.
Solid experience with integrated systems and Software Performance Tuning.
Software design, debugging, development, documentation, and testing.
Ability to work with business owners and verify system design meets the business’ requirements or identify system design alternatives.
Rapidly adapt and respond to changes in environment and priorities.
Excellent analytical, problem solving, and written and verbal communication skills.
