Talent Orchard seeking a SAPR Program Analyst, to support a top Federal Consulting Firm with deep roots supporting the military community.

The SAPR Program Analyst supports the Navy Fleet and Family Support Program to provide services that facilitate personal and family readiness and adaptation to life in the military.  The programs are designed to keep individuals and families resilient and strong, preventing individual and family dysfunction, facilitating personal and family self-sufficiency, and creating overall command and community well-being.

What will you do?


 

  • Analyze data
  • Prepares reports and briefings
  • Develops standardized curriculum and program implementation guidance
  • Assesses effectiveness of FFSP SAPR Program execution
  • Participates in development, implementation, maintenance and evaluation of SAPR Program
  • Represents CNIC SAPR Program Manager on certification teams, working groups or assist visits as required

 
Your background will look like this:

 

  • Education:
    Master’s degree in adult education, social science, or related field, OR
    Combination of graduate education and experience equivalent to a Master’s degree, OR
    6 years of equivalent experience in adult education, social science, or related fields
  • Must have a minimum of two (2) years of experience managing or providing sexual assault prevention and response progra
  • Knowledge of relevant federal and state laws and regulations; pertinent laws, regulations, and relevant policies related to FFSP Military Sexual Assault Prevention and Response (SAPR) Programs, operations, and service delivery
  • Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative techniques for measuring effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity of assigned programs
  • Skill in applying analytical and evaluative methods and techniques in developing new procedures and approaches to identify and resolve significant issues and problems
  • Ability to prepare and conduct management briefings in order to communicate recommendations to supervisory authority
     

Additional Requirements:

  • Communicate and interact with others, both in person and/or by telephone to conduct business
  • Work under time pressure
  • Travel as needed and adhere to travel policies and procedures.
