Typical Duties will Include
Ensure that sales orders are processed appropriately and smoothly, working with diverse teams and external customers to follow terms laid out in sophisticated contracts
Oversee billing orders to company clients in a high tech environment
Maintain sales and client information in the database to allow for seamless access and use of such data to aid in the sales lifecycle
Utilize the company ERP systems to best allow for a smooth sales execution
Work with senior leaders to streamline various sales and billing related tasks
Background and Qualifications
Three years of successful experience in sales or billing operations positions
Natural communicator with strong customer service skills
Proven abilities to execute on sales strategies
Strong familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite, with a MS AX or similarly systems highly desired
Ability to work in cross functional and interdepartmental teams
