We are working with a natural/organic food company that is looking for an Account & Rack Coordinator. This is a small innovative/creative company that is looking to add a new role to their team. The Account & Rack Coordinator is responsible for customer account care from the time of the sale (close of the deal) throughout the customer relationship.  The Account & Rack Coordinator also coordinates with Rack Builder and Merchandizing Manager to ensure that racks are built precisely to specifications and successfully delivered to our customers.



  • Troubleshoot existing accounts & field customer service calls
  • Submit orders & get final schematic approval for new rack/displays
  • Responsible for maintaining approved item lists for all customers
  • Troubleshoots new & existing rack displays (spacing, schematic, color, rebuild)
  • Follows up with existing customers for orders
  • Upsells secondary displays, display upgrades, & product line expansions
  • Coordinates installs with Merchandising Services Coordinator & customer for new rack/upgrades
  • Monitors distributor portals while coordinating with Sales team  to identify issues 
  • Completes promotional forms-setup, manage internally & at customer level
  • Travel to retail stores as needed for support 
  • Run and review sales/item movement reports for consistency & accuracy
  • Maintain & update customer files
  • Perform data entry for Orders & Credit/Returns
  • Support vendor portal maintenance & updates
  • Travel to trade shows
  • Creates Shelf tags using InDesign software then delivers to Pick Team for application to racks


  • 3+ years of Customer service/Account Management experience (food/grocery) preferred
  • Sales experience a plus
  • Must be able to adapt and be flexible in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills-verbal & written
  • Ability to multi-task, show attention to detail and strong time management skills
  • Experience in data analysis a plus
  • Working knowledge of Mac applications & Google applications
  • Strong Microsoft Excel Skills
  • Knowledge of Adobe software programs and/or CRM/ERP a plus
