Key Account Manager: The Regional Key Account Manager will develop and implement account level strategies and tactics within the assigned portfolio of strategic large hospital, home health and medical dealer accounts. This field based position will establish relationships with key decision makers and establish themselves as the single point of contact within the corporate suite. Critical to success will be leading the sales field to drive overall sales of the entire companies medical product and service portfolio of all divisional products to meet and/or exceed sales goals. Call points: IDN's (Integrated Deliver Networks), Large Hospitals (Acute Care), Home Health and Channel Marketing Partners that include ALL the top Medical Distributors in the industry. In addition, a Direct To Consumer Product line will require the maintenance and key account management of direct to consumer (patient) network of medical dealers.
Position and Coverage- Highly Preferred home base location of Dallas, TX or Houston TX (but open to OK, LA or AR or CO highly qualified person near airport)
- States Covered: TX, OK, LA, AR, NM, MS and CO
- No Relocation offered, but those that want to finance own move will be entertained (given the strength of local applications)
Compensation:
- Base up to 140K plus 36K commission
- Issued a COMPANY CAR with all maintenance and ALL related expenses covered!
- All Reimbursed Travel and Entertainment

*4 Year College Degree
*MINIMUM 8 Years of of medical device or medical disposable sales experience.
*Experience selling to healthcare distributor customers, hospitals and Home Health
*Must have LARGE ACCOUNT Management in the Acute Care Setting and call points show high expertise in contracting and negotiation.
*Must understand how to build a Business Plan that embodies corporate stakeholder goals and reflects successful execution leading to sales quota attainment as assigned.
*Must understand the healthcare continuum selling process.
*Strong Team Leadership skills required.

*Highly desired,but not mandatory; previous KAM experience in a "like position" within a medical company working closely with internal customers (Pricing and Contract Departments, Marketing, Clinical Education, Field Sales Representatives and first line Sales Management).

- Pay Range
- $165,000.00 Annually to $176,000.00 Annually
