Career Evolutions is searching for an Account Manager (SaaS) for a fast-growing profitable tech company headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona. It's a direct-hire full time career opportunity with a compensation paying up to $45,000 + Bonus + Benefits.

We believe you may have worked in a previous startup or fast growing business and that you have some Account Management background (not just customer success, but with a hint of sales experience) assisting enterprise customers with day to day around all operational items. Perhaps you worked in the software / SaaS industry or perhaps in the fleetmatics / telematics industry.
You will join a small team to be a part of growing and building-out the B2B account management / customer service function ensuring a world class experience around service and installation of products across the nation. You will handle all communication with enterprise clients during the support of their system post-installation. You will use your technical background and knowledge of SaaS, GPS, and Telecom products, as well as your exceptional communication skills to develop lasting relationships with customers ensuring their issues are resolved in a timely manner with minimal impact on their operations.
You will be responsible for navigating support issues, digging to find solutions to customer requests and needs, quoting / ordering / fulfilling as well as proactively selling additional services and ensuring timely and accurate billing while monitoring profitability, revenue, and margins.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
2+ of experience as an Account Manager in a tech startup environment, i.e. software, SaaS, etc.
Technology mindset, some knowledge of Salesforce (CRM) / ERP / Accounting software is preferred
Excellent customer service skills and technical troubleshooting experience and an enterprise environment
Understand pricing models and billing procedures and able to monitor profitability, revenue, and margins
Excellent time management skills and proven ability to manage multiple initiatives
Previous experience in the logistics and transportation industries is a plus
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
