Career Evolutions is searching for a Vice President of Sales for an exciting and growing real-estate company in Phoenix, AZ. This is an excellent career opportunity with a competitive compensation.

You are a perfect fit for this role if you’re able to develop highly accurate sales forecasts to identify future performance. You have a strong background in the real-estate industry, with an understanding of lending practices and trends. You are a true leader who is able to motivate teams and set the stage for goals and ensure that they are successfully reached.  

Typical Duties will Include

  • Develop sales strategies that will lead to the ability to drive overall sales successes and effectiveness
  • Collect relevant data and utilize it by creating strategies to grow sales
  • Hire, train, and lead the sales team, ensuring that they are operating at their highest level
  • Set quotas and benchmarks for success, and then ensure that the sales team is able to hit such marks
  • Optimize the sales process to best grow the business, utilizing your strong understanding of industry trends
  • Identify and monitor key KPI’s to improve performance

Background and Qualifications

  • At least 10 years of successful experience in executive level leadership sales positions
  • Strong background in residential leasing highly preferred
  • History of continuously meeting and going above Project and Loss metrics
  • Past performance in a fast paced, high growth environment
  • Proven ability to build highly successful teams, and motivate and empower new ones
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to work with people of all levels
