Career Evolutions is searching for a Chief Strategy Officer for an exciting and rapidly-growing financial company in Los Angeles, CA. This is an excellent career opportunity paying up to $250,000 + a competitive benefits and bonus package.

Typical Duties Will Include

  • Oversee the creation of product roadmaps, lifecycle, and overall vision for the company.
  • Take the reins of the team responsible for creating market competitive design, and seeing to it that such designs are ready for development.
  • Ensure the projects and initiatives are delivered on time and with proper functionality.
  • Work directly with clients to recognize industry trends, and the way the Company’s offerings are viewed; also grasp ways to increase Company competitive versus industry competitors.
  • Operate cross functionally and with interdepartmental teams to see that all teams are functionally working together to aid in business growth.
  • Be part of the onboarding and team building process for the lending team.

Background and Requirements

  • At least 15 years of experience with marketing and project management, with at least a decade background in senior level management roles.
  • Strong understanding of the financial industry, with past experience at lending and credit union companies highly desired.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • History of setting and achieving complex goals while managing successful teams.
  • Ability to provide an empowering environment to all team members.
  • Proven success communicating with all levels of business employees, as well as external clients and customers.
