You will be responsible for the analysis, development and implementation of organizational compensation programs, policies, and procedures. You will also be responsible for maintaining compliance with all federal, state and local compensation regulations for the organization.


You will design, implement and administer base salary budgets, structures and administrative guidelines in accordance with compensation policy.

You will conduct job evaluations and market analyses in order to counsel management on compensation decisions for employees, locations, and markets.

Manage and administer the salary review programs and analyze organizational pay practices

Make recommendations for salary changes to ensure internal and external equity.

Participate in national and industry specific surveys relating to compensation, HR policies and practices, salary budgets, benefits, development, and rewards to ensure competitiveness within the market.

Manage compensation programs and incentive systems for employees to support objectives.

Evaluate program effectiveness and competitiveness and make recommendations to management.

Responsible for ensuring job descriptions are up to date and reflective of the actual work performed.

Conduct workforce analyses and report on trends and statistical information to internal clients.

Directly supervise up to 5 people including Compensation Analysts.

Interview, hire and train employees; plan, assign and direct their work, appraise their performance, address their complaints and work with them to solve their problems; reward and where necessary, discipline employees.


Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance or related field and a minimum of 7 years of related experience.

Outgoing, organized and assertive.

Strong analytical skills.

Thrive in a fast-paced environment where you handle multiple tasks and changing priorities while maintaining an attention to detail and excellent customer service.

Excellent English language skills, written and verbal, are essential to success in this role as you will need to be able to explain complex and confidential information at various levels.

Quickly get up to speed on our HR policies, procedures and databases and acquire an understanding of the company's service offerings.

Computer skills (Microsoft Office) as well as experience with compensation survey software and ERP systems.

Knowledgeable of all federal, state and local compensation laws to ensure compliance across the organization.
