As a part of our Talent Acquisition Team, the Executive Recruiter will help ensure the delivery of our most valuable asset, people. You will build and maintain relationships with Company Leadership and Executive level candidates. You will foster relationships and coordinate the process of engaging and attracting executive talent. You will identify target candidates create and manage a systematic approach to recruiting leadership talent to the organization while fostering a delightful experience for candidates.
Work with closely leadership to craft strategies to attract and hire key leadership positions both strategically and opportunistically.
Coordinate and sometimes host candidate interviews.
Provide guidance and coaching throughout hiring process.
Develop search strategies and provide creative solutions to identify specific candidates for needs.
Work with senior members of the firm in developing innovative ways to attract top talent.
Manage the candidate experience, supporting long term recruiting efforts and cultivating a broad pipeline of high potential candidates to support growth.
Work with hiring managers to craft job descriptions and perform email marketing, industry talent mapping, mining professional and alumni associations, social media, cold calling and engaging candidates.

Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience; 10 years of experience in recruiting, and ideally, at least 5 years of executive recruiting experience.
Outgoing, organized and assertive. You'll also need to be able to network and build relationships with a wide variety of people.
Proven ability to land experienced and hard to get talent and aggressive negotiating skills will be needed.
Work independently and as part of a team while developing and asserting influence on others
Excellent English language skills, written and verbal, are essential to success in this role.
Quickly get up to speed on our recruiting policy, procedures and databases and acquire an understanding of the company's service offerings, and employment opportunities.
Computer skills (Microsoft Office), with the ability to utilize our applicant tracking system and social media savvy.
Prior experience recruiting within the Architecture, Engineering or Construction industries preferred.
General knowledge and understanding of recruitment/placement laws and practices.
