Medical Device Sales Position-Associate Sales;  This is a HUGE opportunity for a recent college graduate with at least 2 years of outside B2B sales experience who wants the opportunity to build a career with a great company who usually hires experienced medical sales people but NOW they have created this entry level medical device sales position with yearly stock grants!! This is a well-known global medical sales leader and strong growth company in medical devices and medical disposable products.  This huge benefit company is seeking a high work ethic and driven sales person who wants to enter the medical device sales arena as an Associate Sales person that will lead, within 1 to 2 years, to their Account Manager position where top reps. can make 150K and above!  You will get excellent medical device sales training selling ALL of their medical product lines (from ALL their divisions) calling upon healthcare professionals within multiple call points throughout the continuum of care with a primary focus on Rehab Hospitals, Spina Bifida clinics, Key Urology offices, dealers and Home Health Agencies.  You will own the accounts and own the sales generated from each with the guidance of local experienced sales people!
 
Position Location and Coverage
  • Based out of Minneapolis, MN or within 60 mile radius
  • Covering select Hospital Rehabilitation Centers, Specialty Clinics, Physicians, Nurses and Home Health Agencies in MN and WI
  • 40% to 50% travel 
Compensation:
  • Base up to 63K + UNCAPPED 28K Commission (14K first year guarantee, pro-rated from month of hire during first year!)
  • Total Annual Compensation 86K to 96K  (with opportunity for advancement within 2 years to positions that pay over 130K++!)
  • Issued a COMPANY CAR with all maintenance and ALL related expenses covered!  Auto reimbursement option available.

Required Skills

*4 Year College Degree (no exceptions)
*Must have a MINIMUM of 2 years of outside sales experience with SAME company
*This is an early career Associate Sales Position:
*Willing to relocate within 1 to 2 years after successful training and sales accomplishments
*Lives in desired home base of territory
Optional Skills

*Open to experienced medical sales people who can meet the move requirements of relocation within two years of completion of assignment.
*Open to an medical device inside sales person with a minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience.
*Open to Pharmaceutical Sales person IF NOT MORE than 3 years in role
