Conduct discovery sessions cross-departmentally with Subject Matter Experts (SME) to fully understand customers’ technical requirements in order to deliver a tailored solution.
Harvest incremental revenue through upsell/cross-sell opportunities cross-departmentally with Client Success Managers
Own overall relationship with assigned clients, which include: Increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and satisfaction.
Establish a trusted/strategic advisor relationship with each assigned client and drive continued value of our products and services.
Develop, prepare, and nurture customers for advocacy.
Program manage account escalations.
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
4+ years experience in Customer Success or equivalent history of increasing customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention.
Proven ability to drive continuous value of our products/services
Familiarity working with clients of all sizes .
Detail oriented and analytical.
Strong team player but still a self-starter.
Thrives in a multi-tasking environment and can adjust priorities on-the-fly.
Ability to excel in a fast paced role and effectively manage time across multiple customers and projects using automated tools
Strong business and analytical skills and excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
