In summary, we are looking for someone with good past experience working with and maintaining servers(in a clustered environment) as well as experience working with a SAN. Some networking experience is preferred. In addition we are looking for someone who will be able to help with everyday helpdesk and IT related tasks preferably someone that has some customer related experience. 

Technical Skills

·         IPV4 and IPV6 networking

·         Microsoft Server 2003, 2008 and 2012 setup and management

·         Microsoft Hyper-V – Clustered Environment

·         Microsoft Exchange management

·         Microsoft SharePoint management

·         ISCSI SAN Maintenance and monitoring Symantec Backup Exec

·         Microsoft Remote Desktop Services & Remote Desktop Applications (RDS & RDA) WYSE (or compliable) thin client management Firewall Management

·         Symantec Endpoint Protection management

·         Basic setup and maintenance of computer hardware and software

·         Watchguard experience preferred


Preferred Technical Skills

·         Microsoft SQL Server management

·         Experience with phone systems and basic website/e-commerce knowledge preferred 

·         Helpdesk experience preferred

·         Proven organizational skills

·         Effective problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities
