Career Evolutions is searching for a Financial Analyst for a growing real estate company in Scottsdale, AZ. Full-time, direct-hire opportunity with compensation up to $55,000 + Bonus.

Job Title: Financial Analyst

Job Summary: You will be responsible for performing financial analyses and assisting with internal/external reporting for the Company’s real estate investment management operations. Your primary focus is to understand, implement and improve business processes to ensure accurate, timely and meaningful analysis and reporting.


  • Support investment management operations with advanced financial modeling skills to help build, fix and maintain financial models, including commingled fund cash flow model, real estate investment cash flow model, partnership distribution model, and real estate valuation model.
  • Assist in the preparation of quarterly internal and external investor fund / investment update reports, including fund-level and investment-level performance metrics, portfolio / asset / market commentary, valuation, and compliance.
  • Assist with the review and evaluation of near-term monthly cash position projection of each fund and asset.
  • Calculate various financial compliance metrics quarterly for both fund document and loan guarantees.
  • Work across Asset Management, Acquisition, Development, Accounting and other internal divisions to obtain information required to perform assigned tasks.
  • Assist in the coordination of third-party asset appraisal process and appraisal review.
  • Perform investor relations and fundraising tasks including preparing marketing materials, maintaining online investor data portals, and responding to investor requests.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and/or Finance.
  • 1-3 years of experience in financial analysis in the public accounting, investment banking, or real estate industry.
  • Currently pursuing CFA and/or CAIA a plus.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills (H-lookup, V-lookup, pivot tables and macros a plus).
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Microsoft PowerBI or Tableau preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to multitask and meet demanding deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
