Job Title: Enterprise Sales Support Manager
Job Summary: As a member of the Business Management team, you will act as the main interface with the global Sales & Product Teams and Company Stakeholders for new opportunities inbound to the product unit. You will be responsible for product pricing approaches to ensure new pricing models are reviewed and validated against product baselines.
Working closely with Sales Managers, Solution Experts and Product colleagues, you will attend regular qualification calls and create relevant pricing schemes within the business model. You will also assist in representing the product units, offering written documentation and pitch support, in conjunction with the Business Management Team. You will ensure all relevant business areas are spoken for.
Provide support to the global Sales & Product Teams by logging and qualifying all incoming pre-sales opportunities into the product unit. Once qualified, work with Stakeholders to ensure the necessary team is assigned to provide an informed response and coordinate input back to the Sales Team.
Manage and maintain the pricing documentation and ensure adherence all opportunities are tracked to safeguard revenue margins.
For new products or extensions to product lines, propose pricing models based on market input and ensure alignment with overall pricing approach.
Continually look for ways to optimize the Company’s product offering by considering new up-sell or cross-sell opportunities with existing products and solutions.
Maintain a comprehensive proposal document for all elements of the solution offered and ensure each release is shared with global Sales & Product Teams.
Working with the Head of Business Management, identify a range of managed and professional services offerings that could be offered by the product unit to sustain and grow revenues in each account.
Bachelor’s Degree required, MBA a plus.
5+ years of experience managing pre-sales and pricing elements of a product unit in an international high-tech/software/SaaS environment.
Highly innovative and adept to recognizing new business opportunities and market developments.
Strong presentation skills and ability to drive agreements and proposals through reasoned arguments.
Self-driven and highly motivated team player with the ability to inspire, influence, follow through and execute with a wide stakeholder group.
Thrive in a changing and dynamic workplace, while working with international teams on a range of product offerings.
Exceptional analytical skill-set and advanced Excel skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
International travel up to 20%.
