Job Title: Facebook Ads Account Manager
 
Job Summary: You are willing to go the extra mile to ensure client success! You are responsible for developing and maintaining long term relationships with clients. You will work closely with the clients and with internal teams to ensure services are delivered in a timely manner and client goals are achieved.
 
Responsibilities:

  • Primary contact for client, sales team and internal fulfillment team
  • On-boarding new clients, reporting and implementation/fulfillment of the Facebook campaigns
  • Focus on client success, build and maintain solid, trusting relationships for long term client success
  • Build strategy with internal teams based of client goals and industry best practices
  • Monthly/Quarterly progression calls with client and sales teams
  • Track and measure key account metrics
  • Identify wins, up-sell opportunities, and collaborate with internal fulfillment and external sales teams to ensure goals are achieved
  • Assist with multiple incoming requests and escalations when needed

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of digital sales/account management experience is a must
  • Agency experience highly desirable
  • Proficient in Facebook Ads required
  • Proven experience building a Facebook Ads process, product or department is highly desirable
  • Knowledge of other digital products including Organic SEO & Paid Media preferred
  • Knowledge of Local SEO & Social Media preferred
  • Google Analytics experience
  • Proven success delivering client focused solutions based of client goals
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and close attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
