Career Evolutions is seeking out a Project Manager for an exciting and growing Financial Technology company in Phoenix, AZ. This is an excellent career opportunity with a compensation up to $90,000.

As a Project Manager, you will be an instrumental force in ensuring that all proper measures are taken in regards to software support and implementation. You will work directly with customers to see that all company-customer relations actives are properly maintained. You will use your strong IT understanding, blended with your first rate communication and management skills, to oversee numerous simultaneous projects. 

Typical Duties Will Include:

  • Oversee and direct all required customer support efforts
  • Take an integral and leading position in managing the project lifecycle
  • Lead all troubleshooting and error resolution functions
  • Work closely with complex and interdepartmental teams to aid in organizational growth

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of current and upcoming technology trends
  • Three plus year history of working with customer support in a technology setting
  • Five plus year history of overseeing the development and launch of software products
  • Excellent organizational skills, with a strong time management ability
  • Experince working with Point of Sales or in the financial or retail indsutry preferred
  • Background of working with Product Lifecycle Management concepts, with related certifications preferable
  • Minimum of two years of experience overseeing software implementation and support
  • A successful history of overseeing requirements gathering 
  • Proven written and oral communication skills with an ability to work closely with cross-functional teams
