Overview

This position involves outbound calls to current senior healthcare members to educate them and drive them to schedule doctor’s appointments (i.e., yearly exams, etc.). 85-90% of the day will be making outbound calls. We are seeking candidates with persuasion skills. Some of the members they are contacting may not be aware of the call or are initially unwilling to schedule an appointment. They must be able to overcome objections and be able to communicate the value of scheduling these appointments. Training will be provided.

 

Once a member agrees to schedule an appointment, the CSR will need to conduct a conference call with the doctor’s office to coordinate the appointment. Daily goals will include the number of appointments successfully scheduled.

 

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years call center experience
  • HS diploma or GED required
  • Strong communication skills
  • Computer literate
  • Microsoft Excel experience
  • Prior sales experience may be helpful
  • Reliable transportation – due to lack of easily accessible public transportation

3-4 month contract

M-F, 9-6pm, 11-8pm or 12-9pm – We are seeking candidates that are flexible for any shift. We will not be able to define their schedule until after training. If you locate candidates that are stellar and can only work a specific shift, please include a note with their submittal and we will consider them. The trainings will start as 9-6pm.

Pay: $12/hour
