Job Description

The Marketing Operations Analyst will have the opportunity to work with a strategic marketing group, while preforming month-end, quarter-end, and year-end marketing accounting duties. You’ll manage all invoice processing for the marketing department ensuring the marketing spend is allocated back to the appropriate natural account cost center and marketing campaign. The ideal candidate must be familiar with accounting software systems (Allocadia marketing financial software experience is a huge plus), SharePoint, and be a power user of Excel.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

•Work with the strategic marketing team to correctly code invoices to the appropriate natural account and campaign
•Manage marketing budget in Allocadia marketing financial software
•Manage vendor relationships and contracts for marketing vendors
•Work with the corporate procurement team to create/ approve purchase orders 
•Administration of marketing expenses in the corporate credit card system 
•Work with the Marketing Services team to calculate mROI for campaigns and department

Job Requirements / Skills and Knowledge
•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, with 1-3 years of prior accounting experience in a related position
THE PERSON
•You have proven experience coding invoices, creating POs, and reconciling corporate financial data. 
•You consider yourself an Excel guru – Think pivot tables, v-look ups, formulas, etc.
•You have excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize.
•You are process driven. Documentation and efficiency are standards for you.
•Knowledge of Allocadia marketing financial software is a plus.
•Proficient in building reports and dashboards using the GoodData reporting platform is a plus. 
•The Marketing Operations Analyst should have an acute attention to detail; and be able to work independently.
•You are eager to work in a dynamic and constantly changing environment.
