Career Evolutions is looking for an AR Manager for an expanding international technology company in Phoenix, AZ. This is an excellent career opportunity with a compensation up to $75,000.

Typical Duties Will Include:

  • Post entries tied to treasury, accounts receivable and general accounting for company locations. 
  • Institute and follow-up on invoice reminders to debtors as well as charge the calculated interest on owed debts
  • Review, follow through, and document provisions of account receivables.
  • Ensure the monthly closing of the Accounts Receivable module and the closing of related accounts for bank account and treasury reconciliation.  
  • Operate the general bookkeeping for the group as well as initializing the parameters in the enterprise resource planning system.
  • Initiate settlement procedures and process control for withholding tax necessary for international sales.
  • Oversee and lead credit risk analysis in regards to new customers as well as applying the necessary payment terms.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
  • 1+ years of AR, banking and general accounting experience in an international environment.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills with a particular proficiency with MS Excel
  • Experience with enterprise resource planning software like Oracle ERP and Microsoft Dynamics AX desired
  • Result driven, able to identify opportunities, follow-through and meet deadlines
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong desire to collaborate and take the initiative needed to succeed 
  • Ability to operate and communicate with foreign departments
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
