-      Data entry into web based sites
-      Supporting customers through incoming/outgoing phone calls and emails
-      Uses analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues providing timely updates to stakeholders
-      Escalates any concerns about resolution or communication
-      Will be responsible for sending out documentation and digital filing instructions to customers
-      Will be required to use exceptional customer service skills to provide accurate answers and solutions to the customer
-      Will be required to learn and retain product knowledge to be used in resolving customer questions
-      Ability to multi-task, prioritize and organize work

-      6 months to 1 year customer service experience required
-      6 months to 1 year of technology-focused experience preferred
-      Experience with web navigation required
-      Intermediate level or higher experience with Microsoft Excel
-      Intermediate level or higher computer skills
-      Attention to detail and accuracy
-      Experience with Outlook or other email system required
-      Intermediate to Advanced grammar and writing skills
-      Excellent customer service skills
