Career Evolutions is searching for a Salesforce Solution Specialist for an exciting and rapidly-growing technology company in Phoenix, AZ. This is an excellent career opportunity paying up to $75,000.

  • In-depth familiarity of how Salesforce and marketing automation can support sales and marketing efforts
  • Administration and support of SFDC database on a daily basis, including overseeing user set-up, profiles and roles, various customization tasks, page layouts and validations
  • Aid end-users and management to allow complex workflow rules, data validation and triggers
  • Work with client management and users to establish a thorough understanding of company needs
  • Facilitate session meetings and lead consensus on overall approaches and resolutions
  • Execute analysis by consulting with executives, managers, and users to determine specifications for software, hardware, and system functions
  • Evaluate modules for QA
  • Work cross-functionally with the Oracle Eloqua team to allow for stable alignment and integration between Oracle Eloqua and Salesforce
  • Oversee the implementation of custom created reports and dashboards
  • Maintain a current understanding of all new and developing Salesforce functionality, while providing feedback for possible improvements
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • College degree in related field required
  • Salesforce 201 and 211 certifications preferred
  • Minimum of four years of experience working with Salesforce
  • Minimum of five years of BSA experience
  • History of working with Eloqua and Pardot preferred
  • Ability to manage a heavy workload with demanding deadlines
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Clear written and verbal skills a must
  • Must be able to develop strong relationships with clients, internal customers, management, and coworkers
  • SQL, HTML, Java, Apex, JavaScript familiarity preferred
