We are currently seeking qualified Training Specialists to provide support with one of our long standing clients in Ann Arbor, MI. This is an excellent opportunity to get your foot in the door with a local company that offers long term growth potential.
 
The Training and Installation Specialist is responsible for a range of scheduling and training activities designed to achieve a high level of client service and satisfaction on products. The Training and Installation Specialist will play a key role in building and maintaining training-focused relationships with clients to increase product adoption, and success, ultimately maximizing customer satisfaction and retention.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Maintain ownership of new assets to ensure that clients have a timely and quality onboarding of products.
• Contact clients to schedule and/or re-schedule installation and trainings and gather information needed for configuration of products.
• Deliver high-quality instruction via virtual means to new and existing clients via one on one interactions and virtually hosted webinars.
• Understand client specific needs to effectively tailor and customize training materials
• Remain highly knowledgeable of product and service offerings
• Work with Training design team to identify areas of improvement in the current training content and curriculum
• Work with Installation, Training, Sales, Business Operations and Technical Support manager and staff to resolve client issues and establish procedures to eliminate recurring issues.
• Document all customer interactions consistently, thoroughly, and free of grammatical errors.


QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Experience
• High School Degree or equivalent required.
• College or technical degree in Computer Science or equivalent preferred.
• 3 + years customer service experience preferred.
• 1 + years software installation support experience preferred.
• 1 + years training experience preferred.


Required Skills and Abilities
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative team builder
• Positive and friendly demeanor necessary
• Ability to conduct one-on-one trainings virtually
• Strong knowledge of Windows Operating systems (2000, ME, XP, Vista, Win 7)
• Ability to install and troubleshoot software.
• Exceptional multitasking ability.
• Knowledge of web-ex or other on-line meeting tools preferred
• Knowledge of SalesForce preferred
• Ability to schedule clients on a group calendar.
• Flexibility in scheduling to meet client needs with short turnaround
