Title: Network Operations Center (NOC) Technician
Terms: Contract
Shift: Day Shift - 6AM-6PM rotating shifts (4 days/week then 3 days/week)
Overtime = Time & 1/2 paid for anything over 40 hours/week (i.e. 4 days weeks = 8 hours of OT)

OVERVIEW
Conexess is looking for a NOC Technician with knowledge and experience working in a 24x7 enterprise Network Operations Center with demonstrated capabilities to perform effective diagnosis / triage, manage critical incidents, and maintain key operational tools and processes to ensure overall availability, performance, health, and security of all services.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Enterprise Monitoring- Monitor services to ensure compliance with objectives for availability, performance, health, and security.

- Services Covered:
- Global eCommerce platform.
- Enterprise Line of Business applications.
- Data Center Services.
- Cloud Services.
- 3rd-Party / Vendor Mananged Services.
- Primary Monitoring Technologies:
- Execute formal Incident Management process when required.
- Provide timely, accurate, and effective communication through various methods.
- Perform notification and escalation processes based on Tier requirements.
- Perform testing to isolate issues and drive resolution.
- Work with vendors on issue resolution and communications.
- Provide Operational Shift Reports and Hand Off.
- Perform defined operational processes and reporting.
- Perform add/change/delete as required to ensure accurate and robust monitoring solutions.
- Document processes, SOPs, etc. to ensure accurate information is available across the team.
- Perform installs and upgrades for various NOC technologies.
- Assist with various service-related projects as requested.
- Monitor services to ensure compliance with objectives for availability, performance, health, and security.
