Customer Service Rep. (3 Openings)

Contract-to-Perm Opportunities!  Point of contact for customers who have problems or questions about a product or service. Customer service representatives are usually provided with the means to answer the most basic questions.  Bilingual preferred.

Prefer experience within a call center environment.  

Calls candidates may anticipate:

• To make a full payment or discuss payment arrangements on a bill 

• To update / give new insurance information and request a re-bill of an account being billed 
• Patients call to ask why they are getting a bill when they did not expect one
