We've developed Singularity, a powerful big data analytics and network management platform with a suite of applications on top it to solve many of the most challenging problems facing network operators today. Now that we have one of the most valuable real-time datasets around, we're looking to tell the world about it.

It isn't enough our products be intuitive, engaging, and beautiful - they also need to be well communicated. That's where you come in: You'll work on writing and editing high-quality documentation for a diverse audience in the networking industry.

Our ideal candidate is an experienced writer who has a strong customer focus and is tech savvy; someone who can write for end users & is comfortable diving into technical details with solution architects/engineers. Can you take loosely defined, complex ideas and run with them to "wow" our customers?

Responsibilities:

• Work with product management, developers, & users to produce high-quality documentation for REST APIs, SDKs, and training materials
• Coordinate layout & design of documents
• Acquire & implement new authoring and publishing tools as necessary
• Review customer-facing brochures, presentations, and videos as product SME and editor
• Actively engage with cross-functional team to ensure the success of the project outcomes; take responsibility for delivering an exceptional customer experience
• Possess the technical depth to understand cloud technologies while demonstrating the talent to present the essential information in a bold and human style

Qualifications:

• BA/BS or equivalent and a minimum of 2 years experience writing for software users (user guides, embedded Help, online Help, and/or training guides)
• Experience using and producing API/SDK documentation
• Understanding of REST/HTTP APIs
• Demonstrated ability to write conceptual, procedural, and reference content for developer audiences from scratch based on whiteboard talks with developers & experimentation with the software in development
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Technical acumen sufficient to understand needs of technical audiences
• Ability to work under tight time frames
