Account Executive Position (Medical Device and DME); GREAT opportunity with this market and world leading manufacturer and distributor of medical rehabilitation products. This leading 1.7 billion medical sales company conducts business in more than 80 countries around the world and is now looking for sales professionals who fit profile 1 OR 2:
- PROFILE 1: a STRONG Business To Business outside sales person (B2B Sales person; ADP, PAYCHEX, Enterprise Rental Car, Gallo Wine, Copier and etc.). Must have minimum 3 to 4 years of outside sales experience
- PROFILE 2: a Medical Sales Professional with current outside sales experience (see optional skills below)
You will be responsible for selling the RENTAL and SERVICES of the complete medical device, support surface product line calling upon hospital administrators, LTC (Long Term Care), nursing directors, nursing home owners (including large regional nursing home chains), GPO's, Hospital Wound Clinics, free standing Wound Clinics, and specialty physicians: general surgeons, podiatrists, vascular surgeons who center upon wound care and prevention.
Position Location and Coverage:- Candidate based out of Philadelphia, PA
- Territory includes a 2 to 3 hour driving radius from Philadelphia to Williamsport, Harrisburg and etc. (and Southern NJ, Northern MD)
- 2 to 3 overnights per month.
Compensation:- Salary range 55K to 65K (dependent upon experience)
- Plus commission: 25K to 30K Uncapped realistic first year
- Total compensation range: 80K to 95K Uncapped with multiple ways to make the money!

*4 Year College Degree with at least a 3.0 overall GPA for those with only a BtoB Sales Background.
* 4 Year College Degree STRONGLY preferred BUT will consider those WITH commensurate Medical Sales Experience.
* MINIMUM of 3 to 4 years of experience in outside sales account management and best if the last 3 years of experience is with most recent company.
*STRONG Business to Business Sales person will be considered who has a proven sales record with a minimum of 3 to 4 outside sales experience.
* Will consider those with no more than pharmaceutical 5 years background accompanied with strong sales performance AND prior Business to Business Sales background.
* Resume reflects Job Stability vs. multiple job hopping.
*Prior experience with consultative selling in complex selling situations with long sales cycles.
*Must be employed currently or within the past 4 months.

*Preferred candidate has experience working in the DME (Durable Medical Equipment) segments and LTC (Long Term Care) marketplace.
*Capital Equipment experience is desired.
*Will consider those with Hospital or Physician Distributor sales background.

- Pay Range
- $80,000.00 Annually to $95,000.00 Annually
