Product Manager-Medical Device/Medical Disposable! A Wonderful opportunity with a well-entrenched Medical Device and Disposable Company with almost 100 years of experience in the medical sales industry! This solid and well regarded company is looking for a strong DOWNSTREAM Marketing Person with product manager background and who understands and has experience in the DOWN STREAM marketing phase of new and existing medical or healthcare products and specifically in the Acute Care (hospital) market segment, and best if also experience in the Medical Clinic and Home Health Care segments too.
This person reports Directly into the USA Director of Marketing, requiring downstream HEALTHCARE product management experience growing medical healthcare sales creating and executing customer-focused Marketing and Product strategies:- Product plans and positioning, including pricing points with profit targets
- Product launch programs
- Identification of market trends
- Promotional programs and strategy
- Distribution strategy development and execution
- Channel development and management
- Working with Sales, National Accounts and Distribution Teams (cross functional teams for pull-through programs)
- Must be based out of North Chicago Area (Arlington Heights, Lake Forest, Palatine or nearby area).
- GENEROUS relocation package offered!
- USA responsibility with commensurate travel required
- TOTAL Compensation (base + variable) from $105,000 to $135,000 (some flexibility) DEPENDENT on level of experience.
- Yearly Stock GRANTS up to 8% of TOTAL COMPENSATION.
- Loaded Medical and 401K Retirement Benefits
- Reimbursed for overnight travel with expense account.

*4 Year College Degree
*Minimum of 10 years in Marketing
*Minimum of 5 of those years in healthcare marketing to Acute Care (hospital), Clinics and Home Health (home care) market segments.
*STRONGLY prefer someone with WOUND product management experience.
*Will consider those in other segments: Orthopedic, Spine, DME.
*Not preferred, but will consider someone with pharmaceutical marketing and product management background.
